Terms of use
Basnu is operated by Mohd Yeasin Arafat. These terms cover the app and this website.
Using Basnu
Use your own account and keep your sign-in details private. Only upload or share information you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the service, impersonate others or try to access another person’s private records.
Rental records
Basnu helps owners, managers and tenants organize rent records, maintenance and messages. It does not replace your lease or determine your legal rights. Check records for accuracy and keep copies of important documents.
Beta features
Basnu is being prepared for a limited U.S. beta. Features may change or be unavailable. Online rent payments are unavailable. AI support can make mistakes; verify important answers. It is not an emergency service or legal or financial adviser.
Your account and data
You can request account deletion as explained on our Delete account page. Deleting an account does not end a tenancy, cancel a lease or remove shared rental history automatically. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
